Property is surrounded with lots of great restaurant, cafes, shops and close to all the attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Nice flat only 10 minutes walk from local Sibenik beach Banj or 100 m to the boat that can take you a cross to Jadrija. Ferry for Islands Prvic, Zlarin, Žirje is also just 5 minutes walk away. A beautiful, stylish open plan studio apartment has fully equipped kitchen to prepare most of the meals. There is a stovetop, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. You can enjoy your food, coffee or a glass of a nice wine at breakfast bar or cosy balcony with the view. There is Comfy double bed and a sofa bed. IMPORTANT NOTE: Sofa bed will always be set up for the booking of 3, when the booking is made for 2, you need to request sofa bed in advance. 24 hours prior to your arrival. Travel cot can be provided at request as well. In the Bathroom you will find shower, loo, mirror, sink and washing machine There is also a desk, that can be used as dressing table or if you still need to work while travelling. Air conditioner and Free WiFi is available through the flat. Property is extremely central location and closest free parking is 7-8 min walking distance. We tray to meet or guest but if this is not possible for any reason key will be left in the key safe and well send the check in instructions few days prior to your arrival. For visitors who do not wish to keep to a hotel or guesthouse timetable, our self-catered accommodation offers greater flexibility without compromising on comfort or care. Positive: Elképesztő szép helyen, a privát parkolótól pár percre volt a szállás. Belül gyönyörű, bekapcsolt klímával, hűtött italokkal vártak minket! mindennel felszerelt az apartman, tisztaság fogadott. Tökéletes, mindenkinek szívből ajánlom!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The check-in was easy, the instructions were clear, and the welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. Katarina was a lovely host. Very kind, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You can really tell she cares about her guests and every little detail of their stay. We also have to mention how amazing the apartment smelled from the moment we walked in, it created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality! If we’re ever back in Šibenik, this will definitely be our first choice again.

All in all, a nice place to stay in the heart of Sibenik. Positive: The apartment was very well equipped and clean. The host is nice and helpful. Negative: Logistics around ramp opening for the parking lot should be improved. The doors are not good quality. The price felt a little bit high.

Positive: Apartment La Mer is centrally located, you walk out on a little square with bars and restaurants. Parking is nearby so you can stay in the city center even if you're coming by car. Everything is walking distance. Apartment is modern and beautifully decorated, it is equipped with everything you might need for a shorter stay.

Fijn verblijf Positive: De locatie in het centrum, ruim appartement, keukentje. Negative: Klein bed, kleine dekens, douche werd snel koud.

Positive: L'appartamento è in piena zona pedonale, ottimo per visitare la città anche se non facilissimo da trovare vista la conformazione delle strade ( e delle scale) cittadine. E' pulito e ordinato, completo di tutto quello che può servire. Il parcheggio non è vicinissimo e neppure facilissimo da trovare, però indispensabile se si viaggia in auto perchè i parcheggi in centro non esistono.

Positive: The apartment is well located in the old city center. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. The mini terrace was nice for breakfast in the morning. Negative: The entrance was used to pile garbage from the neighborhood. Probably for the pick up in the morning.

Das Schönste was wir bisher in Sibenik hatten. Positive: Wir hatten den besten Aufenthalt in Sibenik gehabt den man sich vorstellen kann. Das Apartment ist klein jedoch hat man alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, in dem Bett hat man super geschlafen, der Balkon war ein Traum mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt.. Während des Aufenthaltes habe ich gearbeitet und das W-Lan hat super funktioniert. Wir waren sehr glücklich und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Besser geht es nicht. Die Einrichtung ist im Gegensatz zu den meisten Unterkünften, nicht zusammengewürfelt sondern sehr geschmackvoll zusammengesetzt. 100% Zufriedenheit.
