Located just a 5-minute walk from Bath city centre, this self-contained Basement Studio apartment offers a comfortable base for exploring the city’s historic attractions. The studio features a luxurious super-king zip-and-link bed, which is set up as a super-king as standard, together with a fold-out sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 3 guests. The living area includes a TV and complimentary WiFi. The kitchenette is designed for preparing breakfasts and light meals only. It includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC, sink and mirror. Underfloor heating runs throughout the apartment for added comfort. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Basement Apartment * This is a basement studio apartment beneath a family home. * Access is via 10 external steps leading down to the private entrance. If you prefer above-ground accommodation or have mobility concerns, this property may not be suitable. Bed Configuration * The main bed is always prepared as one super-king bed. * If you require two single beds, this must be requested before arrival. We cannot guarantee changes once your stay has begun. Sofa Bed * The sofa bed is only made up automatically for bookings of 3 guests. * For bookings of 1 or 2 guests, the sofa bed is not prepared unless requested in advance, and an additional bedding charge applies. Kitchen Facilities * This property has a compact kitchenette, NOT a full kitchen. * There is no hob/stove or oven.

Beautiful, cute stay Positive: Very close to the city centre, clean, well presented and overall a wonderful stay. Negative: The 1 and only downfall is of an evening, wood lice cover the door surroundings/floor next to the entrance so you have to dodge the wood lice to get in to the building. Nothing to do with the cleanliness I assume, they just really like that area.

Positive: This basement studio was a short walk across the bridge to the city centre. A 10min walk to Bath Abbey. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Estupenda Positive: La ubicación es perfecta, 10m andando al centro de Bath, y la zona estupenda para descansar sin ruidos. El apartamento tiene casi de todo, sólo le falta placa para cocinar pero tiene microondas. Por lo demás no le falta detalle. Si le tengo que poner un pero es que al final de la estancia se notaba un poco la humedad al ser un sótano. Para una estancia corta totalmente recomendable. Agradecer al propietario que nos permitió dejar las maletas antes de la hora prevista para entrar.

Positive: The beds are great. Shower lovely. Very quiet. The apartment has a lovely feel and style we both enjoyed. We felt comfortable straight away. The proximity to the canal is a real plus for nice walk along the towpath. Negative: Small suggestion would be to provide a night light in the kitchen to see the way to the loo in the night.
