House comprises a spacious living room and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, a private balcony, and private parking for 1 car. The first bedroom is nice and spacious and comes with a comfortable king size bed. Second bedroom features a double bed, and bedroom three is furnished with two single beds that can be made on request in to super king bed. All three bedrooms have build in wardrobes. There is one bathroom with a shower over the bath tub on the first floor and a separate downstairs toilet. Property has lovely south facing balcony with dining table for six and a little corner to enjoy the book in the shade on the warm summer days. There is gated private parking with a parking space right in front of the house for 1 car. House has Wifi throughout and 50 inch smart TV with free channels and option for guest to connect to their Amazon or Netflix account. Stay was great and potentially would stay again if I was coming back with heavy sleepers that don’t mind the noise Positive: The property is well located with a great coffee shop close by. Living room quarters are very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with utensils! The bathroom and bedrooms are also a great size and comfortably fit the 6 people group we went with. We absolutely loved having the balcony in the property and I would absolutely recommend if you’re going on a sunny weekend Negative: The house is INCREDIBLY creaky. Noise TRAVELS and it’s basically impossible to move around while people are sleeping without making a ton of noise. It wasn’t that big of a deal with some of us but if you have light sleepers in your group they might struggle. That being said the neighbourhood itself is super quiet so didn’t need to worry about noise from outside.
