This stylish first-floor flat offers a light-filled and welcoming space just steps away from Bath’s iconic Royal Crescent. Elegantly furnished, it provides everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay in the city. The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa bed and armchair arranged around a smart TV, with a dining table at the opposite end of the room. The sofa bed can be unfolded to accommodate two additional guests when needed. At one end, French windows open onto a private roof terrace with outdoor seating — perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing on sunny days. Next to the living room is a large, fully equipped kitchen that also opens onto the terrace. It includes a gas oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, and all necessary utensils for preparing and enjoying meals for up to six guests. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, spices, oil, and vinegar are also provided. The master bedroom features a super-king zip-and-link bed, which can be arranged as two singles on request, along with an en-suite bathroom offering a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a desk/dressing table, ideal for working or getting ready. Across the entrance hall, you’ll find the family bathroom, complete with a luxurious bathtub, double sink, and toilet. The apartment benefits from central heating and free WiFi throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. Important Information Parking: A private garage is available for one vehicle; however, please note that it is suitable only for small to mid-sized cars due to the narrow entrance. Clean, comfortable, great location Positive: Really lovely coach house, a short walk into the city centre. Easy check in, bright and spacious, love the outdoor area such a nice bonus. Tea, coffee and milk provided including capsules for the Dolce Gusto machine.

Fab place for a girls catch up weekend! Positive: Lovely terrace. Comfy beds. Clean and modern. Well equipped, had tea, coffee, milk and dishwasher tablets etc. Great location. Parking space was really useful. Contact really quick and easy with the owners. Negative: Nothing - all good.

Fantastic Place! Positive: The apartment was exceptional! It was spotlessly clean, modern, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a real highlight, and we enjoyed spending time there together. The location couldn’t have been better. It was central, and as we were attending a wedding at the Botanical Gardens, it was the perfect base. The hosts were fantastic - friendly, responsive, and they made everything run seamlessly throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

A great stay, close to Bath, adequate redources within property but very expensive for one night at over £400 Positive: Close to centre, easy to find, comfy bed Negative: The finish could be better. Doors banged, bathroom a bit tight. Walking around echoing. Bedroom windows rotten. A bit more care and attention to the upkeep would make the property fabulous. Getting into garage very tight and have to go up over 2 steps so burned my clutch a bit as couldn’t get over it. I drive a corsa, you couldn’t get a bigger car in, but it was a bonus to have

Brilliant location, very clean, lovely balcony, amazing communication with hosts Positive: The location was absolutely perfect. The communication between the hosts was exceptional. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean! Negative: The garage parking space was a bit of a thrill, lol. Having a parking space was a lovely addition, but it was a tiny bit hairy getting in and out, no complaints whatsoever though.

Positive: Great communication and easy to book. The apartment is in a fab position easy to get to all the tourist hotspots by foot. The place itself has everything you need with some lovely extra touches and is very well kept. The balcony is an added bonus. We were there in the height of the heatwave for 6 days but we kept cool enough and fans were provided. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely go back. The garage is a great bonus for free parking but it's not for the faint hearted 🤣 It is definitely tricky to park as it's small but is doable. I got my Dacia Duster in it but only just, anything bigger width wise won't fit, but they do warn you of that 👍 Negative: Nothing not to like !

The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and we really appreciated the coffee provided on arrival. 😊 We traveled with our 9-month-old baby and had a very comfortable stay. Vi har bott där två år i rad och kommer bo där igen! Positive: Vi tycker om läget, precis bredvid Royal Crescent men ändå avskilt och lugnt. Bekvämt gångavstånd både till city och landsbygden. Negative: Möjligtvis något intensiv trafik utanför stundtals.

Positive: The apartment was very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. Host was very helpful. Very close to botanical gardens and majestic crescent. Negative: The road is quite busy so some traffic noise. Parts of apartment could do with touching up, scuff marks etc. A bit further out from centre but still within walking distance.

The hostess was very quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt welcoming and well cared for, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in a prime location!
