Positive: Location was fantastic. Negative: Stairs down to the only bathroom. Bedroom was a little squashed but functional.

Prefect appartement op goede locatie in Bath Positive: Het was een zeer ruim appartement op een perfecte locatie net aan de rand van het centrum van Bath. Van daaruit was alles in de stad makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Contactloos inchecken ging perfect middels de code van het digitale slot op de voordeur. Het appartement is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen: begane grond is een ruime woonkamer met zithoek en tv. Aansluitend de slaapkamer met een groot tweepersoonsbed. Beneden is een grote volledig ingerichte keuken en een zeer riante en comfortabele badkamer. Alles was schoon en we hebben het als een perfecte uitvalsbasis ervaren om een paar dagen in Bath te verblijven. De eigenaar reageert snel op berichten en kwam zelfs binnen het uur iets herstellen nadat we hem ergens van op de hoogte hadden gesteld. De wifi verbinding was zeer stabiel en snel - snel genoeg om streaming media te kijken. Negative: Helemaal niks is er tegengevallen! Dit is werkelijk een prefect appartement voor een paar dagen in Bath.

La casa più accogliente in cui sia mai stata Positive: Non mi sono mai trovata così bene in una casa vacanza. Struttura super accogliente, pulita, grande. L’attenzione ai dettagli in questa casa è incredibile, perfetta per un soggiorno di una coppia. Aldilà dei servizi che erano perfetti e la posizione vicina a tutto, super centrale, nella casa abbiamo trovato tutto l’occorrente anche per cucinare e, oltre alle stoviglie, l’host ci ha lasciato olio, sale, tè, caffè (…) il che non è per niente scontato e ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa.

Bath è stupenda e se avrò la possibilità di tornarci ancora, ritornerò in questa struttura! Positive: Posizione perfetta, appartamento bello, pulito, attrezzato con tutti i confort, proprietario gentilissimo pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità.

Exceptional Positive: I loved everything about the property. The property caretaker, Salvo, was very much helpful. We were a group of 3 girls and the facilities at the property were amazing. I would totally recommend this to others as our stay was exceptional. More than we ever imagined. Also, the location of the apartment is so good. Everything that needs to be visited in Bath was on walking distance. If I ever come back to Bath, I’m surely staying at this apartment. Cheers to the team.

Excellent location made for a fab stay in Bath. Positive: Fabulous location, close to Bath main attractions. Clean quiet and comfortable. Bonus was the washing machine and complementary washing powder. Highly recommend. Negative: Parking anywhere in the UK seems to be a challenge. No parking at the apartment but overnight available at Podium parking station, which is a short walk.

Very basic but great location Positive: The location is great and the kitchen is new and well equipped Negative: The kitchen seating area is uncomfortable. The sofa bed is uncomfortable. The lighting is poor. The whole apartment is decorated with what could at best be described as discarded items.

Perfect Positive: We had an issue with the lock pad. Messaged host and he called straight away to try and resolve it, we was unable to resolve it over the phone so he came to the property straight away and resolved the issue Negative: Nothing

Great location but poor value. Positive: Central location, easy access to all the main sites. Negative: Not suitable for 4 adults. The one bedroom was comfortable, perfect for 2 adults; but not for 4 adults as the sofa bed was of v poor quality, sagged in the middle and not suitable for two adults.

Excellent stay in a clean property with a fantastic host. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Positive: Extremely clean property with friendly and responsive host who added all the little extras for a comfortable stay, wine, coffee, milk, cookies, laundry pods for washer. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need including a dishwasher. Property is in excellent location in City Centre close to restaurants and stores. There is a Waitrose grocery store a block away for all your grocery needs. Had a great shower with in-floor heating in the bathroom. Check in was seamless. Property is as advertised in pictures. Negative: The beds could use an upgrade.
